MEJEBE is a contemporary womenswear brand built around thoughtful design, timeless silhouettes, and effortless femininity. Our collections are created in considered quantities, with a focus on quality, comfort, and pieces made to be worn beyond a single season.

WHERE ARE MEJEBE PIECES MADE?

Our pieces are thoughtfully produced in India, working with carefully selected manufacturers and materials.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 7-12 business days of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping availability and charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

SIZING & EXCHANGES

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?

Please refer to the size guide available on each product page before placing your order. If you’re unsure between two sizes, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Yes. We offer exchanges for a different size of the same design, subject to availability and the conditions outlined in our Exchange Policy.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, eligible orders may be exchanged for a different size of the same design, subject to availability.

WHAT IF THE SIZE I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If your preferred size is unavailable, please contact us. We’ll let you know if another option is available.

OUR COLLECTIONS

ARE MEJEBE PIECES PRODUCED IN LIMITED QUANTITIES?

Yes. We produce our collections in considered quantities rather than mass-producing them. This allows us to be more intentional about what we create and helps avoid unnecessary overproduction.

WHAT FABRICS DO YOU USE?

We work primarily with thoughtfully selected natural and natural-blend fabrics, including cotton, linen and cotton mulmul, depending on the design.

WILL PRODUCTS BE RESTOCKED?

Our collections are produced in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out. Each piece is part of a considered collection, so once it’s gone, it’s gone. We recommend purchasing your preferred piece and size while it’s available.
